You may use Moka for personal wellbeing, self-care, reflection, goal tracking, and related features made available through the product.

You agree to use Moka lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not interfere with the service or the experience of other users.

Unless we explicitly launch a separate sharing feature, Mood Check entries and private journal notes are private by default and are not part of a public feed, ranking, or social comparison system.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that happens through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should stop using it and contact support through the channels made available by Moka.

Moka provides reflective tools, reminders, prompts, and gentle product experiences. Moka does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

If you are experiencing a crisis, medical emergency, or risk of harm, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

You are responsible for the content you create or submit through Moka, including letters, reflections, profile details, and reports.

We may review, restrict, remove, or moderate content when we believe it violates these terms, creates safety risk, infringes rights, or harms the product experience.

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or target other people.
• Do not submit unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or intentionally harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass moderation, security, rate limits, access controls, or product restrictions.
• Do not use Moka to send spam, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt operations.

Moka may offer paid features, subscriptions, or trials. Pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules will be shown where the paid feature is offered.

If payments are handled by a third-party provider or app store, their terms may also apply.

Moka, including its product design, brand, software, visuals, and content provided by us, is owned by Moka or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You retain rights in content you create, but you grant Moka the limited permission needed to host, process, display, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service.

Moka may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms as the product, business, or legal environment changes.

We work to keep Moka reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Moka is provided as is and as available. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account or activity violates these terms, creates risk, harms others, or exposes Moka to legal or operational issues.

You may stop using Moka at any time. Some terms, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related provisions, may continue to apply after access ends.
